Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

• During busy periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Destinations

RareonCards currently ships to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–20 business days

These delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

• Delivery destination

• Package weight and size

• Shipping method selected

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment is completed.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

RareonCards is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

RareonCards is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

While we will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your package, delivery delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control cannot be guaranteed against.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the damage

• Clear photographs of the packaging and the item

We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
