At RareonCards, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Be in its original packaging.
Include all accessories, inserts, and any promotional items that came with the product.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Opened trading card packs or sealed products that have been opened.
Digital products or downloadable content.
Gift cards.
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will review your claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is the result of our error, or the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, RareonCards will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.
